PBS to pay tribute to Robin Williams in special episode

PBS will pay tribute to Robin Williams next week with a special episode of its “Pioneers of Television” series — including an exclusive interview with Williams’ “Mork & Mindy” co-star, Pam Dawber.

The hour-long “Robin Williams Remembered — A Pioneers of Television Special,” airing Tuesday at 9 p.m., will feature Williams’ last full-length television interview, including never-before-seen footage of his comments about his life and his work.

Williams, who suffered from depression and battled alcoholism, committed suicide Aug. 11 at his home in Northern California. He was 63. More
